I have been doing papaya enzymes and papaya juice, but sooooomuch burned out on papaya! Also I found too much papaya was turning my skin yellowed....gonna go buy me a juicer 2moro! Thanx! Drink the liquid, then eat the soft coconut meat. You will feel greatly improved after just a day or two! The new coconut milks on the market may help as well, but I swear by the actual fresh coconut. I was able to eat spicy thai food days after my week long coconut treatment without any side effects. If we remove the flesh there will be nothing to juice! So yep, flesh is the main part of a fruit, minus the skins, peels and pitts.
