Resist the urge to start eating solid foods as soon as the detox is finished and start with fruit juices and raw food first. An important part of any cleansing program is drinking a lot of water. Water itself helps to flush out toxins from the body, but can also relieve some of the side effects of any detoxifying program or cleanse your body fast.
