There is no definitive answer to this, but I would recommend at least 3 times a week, and once a day preferably. My preferred time for drinking juice is on an empty stomach in the morning about 20 minutes before breaky. This is because there is no other food to compete with the juice in the stomach for digestion, so you absorb the most amount of antioxidants and nutrients into your body for healing, detox and cell repair.

Within 30 minutes all the nutrients of the juice will be completely absorbed into the blood stream. For the same reason, drinking a juice between meals as a snack is also a good idea.
