Melatonin, in pill form, works in conjunction with your body’s own natural production of this chemical, to produce the melatonin you need to fall asleep and stay asleep.
In some reports of insomnia, people who chose to take Melatonin as a way to ensure a good night’s sleep, found it much easier to fall asleep. In some of the cases, many of them over slept as a result of the drug. Some of the Melatonin side effects included light headed or dizziness, some sluggishness during the day, dry mouth, and some reported slight head aches during the day.
